Summary: The results of the carried out reseach show the incontestable advantage of the water-polymer coolant, PK-2, which is used instead of oil during the thermal treatment of blanks and parts.
While using this coolant we will be able to improve sanitary and hygienic conditions of labour on the thermal area, to bring into a healthy state general ecological situation and to save significant means linked with the technology of thermal treatment.

Stress-strain state at elementary contact of elastically deformed winding bodies from permeable wire materials. pp. 10--15
Summary: The stressed and strained state of interaction cylinders in elastic deformation area is investigated. The relations for definition of the contact landing place sizes, of the connection degree of cylinders and of the maximum pressure on the contact landing place are determined. In particular, the interaction of two identical cylinders (equal radius and similar materials) with perpendicular and parallel axes is examined.

The influence of low-temperature annealing on the Ti silicides phase composition, obtained by SHS processing with ultrasonic action. pp. 16--19
Summary: The influence of low-temperature annealing on the parameters of crystal lattices of synthesized silicides phases, obtained by the method of self-propagating high-temperature synthesis using the ultrasound oscillations was considered in the paper. It was shown, that applying of the ultrasound occillations with SHS process can be used as effective method.

Summary: The results of research of physical-mechanical characteristics of filled composites on the basis of the epoxide binder are analyzed. The structure of the anticorrosive cover is offered.

The particularities of structure forming of sprayed coatings from high-speed steel powder at thermocyclic working. pp. 23--26
Summary: Structure-forming processes of PP-10P6M5 powder high-speed steel coatings produced by spraying technique under thermocyclic working were studied.
The structural non-uniforming of coatings was demonstrated to eliminate under thermocyclic working in interval 1050 « 850 °C, during 10 cycles and annealing structure representing troastite-sorbite mixture was formed.
This is because of diffusion processes intensification and owing to consentration increase of dotted defects of vacancytype and dislocation density. The additional effect of thermocyclic working is a decrease of coating porosity through splitting and healing of pores. The advantages of coating structure after thermocyclic working in comporision with isothermal annealing are realized in improvement of properties complex.

Summary: The global aims such as mastering of chemical weapons, satellite communication systems, hypersonic aviation, submarine fleet, automobile- and tractor building etc., are the major factors which have advanced a fundamental science in Belarus. At present prior trends in the development of Belarussian science should be demands of light, food, building and consumer goods industries as well as of radio engineering and microelectronics, medicine, communication facilities and information technologies. The most rapid industrial realization of research results can be achieved by organization of technological stocks, i.e. producer companies at research institutions for manufacturing science-intensive products based on this country's scientific developments as well as to create a legislative basis for company's science.

Slightly breaking of a slipping wheel as a way of wheel vehicle flotation increase. pp. 33--36
Summary: The results of the analysis of embodying of the axle wheels torque at slightly braking wheel in worse ganging conditions are given in a paper. The comparative analysis of efficiency of blocking of an inter-wheel differential and slightly braking of a skidding wheel is carried out. The analytical dependence of axle efficiency from effectiveness ratio of the brake mechanism, a differential efficiency, turn radius of the automobile is obtained.

The determination of pin gearing elastic deformation of the trochoid transmission. pp. 37--39
Summary: The equations for calculation the bending and the contact deformation of pin gearing has been derived. The computer program has been developed to calculate deformations for different positions of the cycloid gear and dimensions of the pin. Obtained results are applied to predict the deformation, contact stress and loaded transmission error.

Summary: The method of upper assessment was used for determining the geometrical shape of a cross section of an infinite cylinder rolled by flat plates at small degrees of reducing.

Ionizing detectors on the base of rare-earth doped silicon. pp. 45--47
Summary: Ionizing detectors made on the base of rare-earth doped silicon are studied. The lanthanoid introduction into the melt results to monocrystal purification from technological impurities as well as increasing of charge minority carriers life-time and monocrystal homogeneity. It is shown that doping of silicon by Gd increases the ionizing silicon detectors resolution.

Dynamic parameters of magnetic hysteresis. 1. Harmonic components of residual magnetic induction (magnetic induction mode). pp. 48--54
Summary: Considering the surface effect of eddy currents, the problem of determination of any order of harmonic components of residual magnetic induction of ferromagnet remagnetized on hysteresis loop which magnetic vector is directed along its surface is analytically solved.

Electroencephalogram analysis under microwaves action by the nonlinear dynamic method. pp. 55--58
Summary: Application of nonlinear dynamic method to analysis of the time series of different nonlinear processes becomes more and more attractive. The Grossberger-Procaccia method of analysis for electroencephalograms influenced by microwaves is presented. The use of this method on the basis of quantitative parameters made it possible to determine the effect of biological resonance response conditioned by combined action of aminazine and microwaves.

Peculiarities of excitation and propagation of subsurface waves in solids. pp. 69--73
Summary: This work is devoted to developement of the physical principles of "subsurface" waves application in ultrasonic testing. Directional diagram of transducers of subsurface transverce waves have been obtained and conditions of the noise signal appearence and its influence on the sensitivity of measurement system are determined. Recomendation to construct transducers of subsurface waves are presented.

Summary: The equations of stochastic systems with the controllable structure change are considered. The peculiarity of that systems is the vectorial model of the structure change process. The generalized equation for the probability density of stochastic systems with the autonomous control of the structure change is presented.

Summary: The new pipeline-tabular architecture of FIR-filter with minimal redundant modular internal organization is offered. The designed filter possesses minimum equipment within the class of equivalent by the data-rate modular analogues.

Contact interaction of solid surfaces covered with anisotropic lubricating layer. pp. 89--94
Summary: Using computer simulation, distribution of contact pressure over rough layer covered with boundary liquid-crystalline lubricant film has been analyzed. It was established that the Ilquid crystals provide more uniform distribution of contact pressure over the rough surface as compared with the model without mesomorphic layer. Load capacity of the tribojunction was shown to increase 4.4 times due to presence of anisotropic lubricant layer on the solid surface. The approach used can be engaged in modelling behavior of elastic heterogeneous materials, e.g. cartilages under load.

Summary: The equations of motion of a micropolar plane isotropic medium in stresses are removed and the equation of the performances is constructed. With its help the formulas for velocities of distribution of discontinuity surfaces are obtained which represent waves of stresses and coupled stresses.

Summary: The dependencies of a breadth of a bonding contact pad and curwature raduis of a free surface on reduction ratio of plumbeous cylindrical samples with the ratio of length to diameter more than three are established by experiment.

Summary: The method of computer modeling synthesizing cell-automatic approach and termoelasticity equations for processes proceeding at termoelasticity of metal environment is presented. The three-dimensional computer accounts of structure such as "cross", filled by an aluminium alloy in conditions of varying thermal loadings are carried out.

The estimation of radioactive bursts at accidents on nuclear power station with WER-1000 reactor beyond the design basis. pp. 117--121
Summary: Calculation of the development of heavy accident of the NPP with VVER-1000 were carried out with use of program complex STCP. Two extreme situations of accident were considered: with minimum and maximum radiation consequences. Obtained results may be used for evalution of radiological hazard of radioactive release for accident beyond the design basis on NPP with VVER-1000 type reactor.
