Research of construction materials corrosion resistance of gas generator plants working on lignin. pp. 5--9

Summary: The paper gives an overview of literary data on the potential of hydrolytic lignin use in the capacity of fuel additives, and also on corrosion processes in boilers at consumption of local kinds of fuel. Parameters of Pinch type gas generator plant and corrosion processes at consumption of local kinds of fuel are considered. Application of plain carbon steel in a high-temperature zоnе at hydrolytic lignin and straw consumption results in extremely high corrosion, that is caused by the influence of sulfides and chlorides of alkaline metals on units of gas generator plants. At hydrolytic lignin consumption in gas generator plants the high speed of corrosion of the tested materials in observed. The greatest corrosion resistance has the steel 12X18H10T.

Investigation of ionizing radiation effect on physico-mechanical properties of thermoplastic polymer materials. pp. 15--18

Summary: Investigation results are presented on the effect of ionizing radiation upon structure and physico-mechanical properties of novel polymer materials and composites on their base, including those produced in Belarus and outside it. It has been proven that at various filler concentration and intensive cross-linking processes joint effect of ionizing radiation within a wide range of absorbed dose make it possible to control structure as well as deformation and strength characteristics of polymer materials.

Theoretical and experimental fundamentals of shrinkage porosity forming of eutectic alloys. Part II. Computer processing of mathematical model and influence analysis offactors, which govern cast porosity. pp. 19--22

Summary: The mathematical model was treated on computer to evaluate the degree of influence of the casting thickness the temperature interval of crystallization, the coefficient of filtration through the two phase zone upon the rate of growth of solid crust, the two phase distance, height of filtration zone and the location of porosity zone. The results of calculations do not contradict the widely known notion about the porosity formation regularity for the eutectic type alloys.

Summary: Cutting edges of surgical blades shaping by ultrasonic technology is performed. The technigues include ultrasonic shaping, heat treatment under vacuum and electric-chemical working and make it possible to exclude traditional abrasive working and manufacture blades with much higher functional propertes.

Machines shafts hardening with laser ray. pp. 26--28

Summary: The problems of machines shaft strengthening by laser means are considered. It is offered to make processing of steel parts with the help of laser as a minimum with two rays. The experimental shafts of the cutter drive for feed harvester KSK-100 made from 40 Cr steel were subjected to processing by a ray gas CO laser. Samples, treated on various variants, were tested on the stand of accelerated tests of the cutter drive. A limit of endurance and also time fatigue breakage of shaft have been determined. Damping ability of an experimental semiaxis hardened by a laser radiation on "to a Method of processing of steel items" is higher by 15--20%, than of serial ones, for want of practically of same elasticity.

The technique of static ambiguity resolution in the problem of transmitted torque distribution in pin gearing of the trochoid transmission with provision for technological gaps. pp. 35--38

Summary: In cycloid planetary drive there are gaps caused by the allowance of size and clearances provided for assembly. This fact influences the load distribution among pins of the ring gear. The determination approach of actual loading of highest pairs on the account basis of sizes allowance and bending compliances of meshing pats has been developed. Theoretical and experimental research has shown that the engagement pin number depends on the total clearance (the more clearance the less working pin number -- non-linear dependence) and input torque. Under increasing the total clearance the pin-lobe pairs with smaller transmission angle come out from engagement. For considerable values of the total clearance the force acting on the pin may increase in two times. Therefore to increase the load capacity and to provide smooth transmission it is necessary to reduce the allowance of sizes. Developed approach permits to design the cycloid speed reducer with account actual pin loading.

Summary: The mathematical algorithm and model of adaptive control for hydromechanical transmission with help of on-board electronic computer is presented. This algorithm and model can be used mainly in a heavy automobile with hydromechanical transmission.

Cutting of silicon and super-hard materials with quasi-continuous YAG : Nd laser. pp. 47--50

Summary: Some brittle materials laser working is examplified: silicon plates scribing, jewerly diamonds cutting, profile channels creation in diamond dies, channel processino of ruby microwelding device, alumina ceramic cutting, cubic boron nitride. Photos of materials, treated by guasi-continuous YAG:Nd laser radiation with modulated Q-factor (YAG:Nd, Q-switch) at laser processing device "ЭМ-250". Higher quality of diamond and ceramic cutting is noticable comparing with cubic boron nitride cutting.

PECVD a-Si : H films in two-frequency discharge. pp. 51--53

Summary: Experiments on investigation of two-frequency (55 kHz+13.56 MHz) discharge were carried out. Two-frequency discharge was generated by combination of RF and LF voltage. Investigations were made in two directions: varied RF power was added to basic LF-discharge and vice versa. The deposition rate increased by 20--40% while adding LF or RF (variable) power to RF or LF-discharge (basic mode). Obtained films had a "device quality". Varying addition power can change optical band gap (Eg) in a-Si:H films. For instance, in basic LF discharge Eg = 1.79 eV, but by adding RF power, Eg = 1.63 eV.

The magnetic method for concurrent measurement of ferromagnetic base and nonmagnetic coating thickness. pp. 54--58

Summary: The magnetic method of concurrent measurement of the ferromagnetic base thickness and its nonmagnetic coating was proposed. On the basis of this method the compact device with its own power source was designed. The system of two axial hollow cylindrical magnets magnetized longitudinally in opposite directions was chosen as the supply of the original magnetic field. The information about the thickness is obtained from the normal component of the secondary field induction which was measured in two points on different distances from a product under test. In order to receive the results of the measurements of the thickness in the units of length the device was calibrated according to the primary thickness standards.

The mechanism of electrodynamic antennae interaction. pp. 59--67

Summary: The problem of two arbitrary antennae interaction is examined with S -matrix method. Correlations (ratios) for estimation of parameters and characteristics of both arbitrary and minimum dispersing antennae interaction are obtained. Necessary and sufficient initial data for calculation of interaction between minimum dispersing antennae is directivity patterns for insulated antennae. Calculation examples are listed.

Vector analysis application for investigation of interaction processes between microwave frequency fields with nonequilibrium gas discharge plasma at low vacuum. pp. 68--72

Summary: The research results of the interaction of microwave fields with plasma of non-equilibrium gas discharge in low-vacuum conditions with the use of microwave circuits vector analysis method are presented. The measurements results give information about the character of microwave energy absorption and reflection processes, the plasma environment reactivity degree for certain frequencies of a microwave signal and allow to establish correlations between discharge conditions and plasma parameters, considering plasma as a load of a microwave energy transfer tract.

Summary: Consideration is given to the prospective measuring system based on interaction of circular electric contours, which are enduring relative plain-parallel movements. The system's analytical models are presented, the numerical analysis of its metrological abilities is made, the prospects of practical usage in the equipment of metrical representations coding and human-machine interface are evaluated.

Summary: The experimental simulation results of a neural network "neocognitron" are presented. The algorithm of network training to be optimized on execution time and complexity of the description is proposed. Also the new approach for configuration of training images and network interlayer links is described.

Summary: It is proposed some motivety for study of examine rings and some forms of equations in unknown vector. Appropriate problems of theoretical mechanics are formulated. Decision theorem of simple equations in ring is proved. The ring is expanded for one dimension of ring of three-dimensional vectors with vector product. A number of corollaries is given. One of them is a formula of inverse for four-dimensional vector of the ring under consideration.

Sprayer regimes and the probability of gas-dynamical droplets crushing under plasma treatment of water salt solutions. pp. 105--108

Summary: The analysis of sprayer regimes and the possibility of the repeated crushing of salt solutions droplets in plasma flow is made. It is shown, that for plasma reactor conditions the Weber numbers for droplets as rule do not exceed the critical ones.

Integral criterions of the estimation of cooling melt flows movement in 3-d spatial structure. pp. 109--113

Summary: The analysis of computer calculations of melt flowing process in the porting systems with different metal bringing up into the form is given. The calculations of the evaluation integral criteria of flowing dynamics of cooling melt for lower, upper and lateral metal injection into the form are offered and performed.

Investigation of spatial and energy distribution of neutrons in the uranium-lead assembly under bombardment with relativistic photons with the energy of 1.5 GeV. pp. 114--120

Summary: Investigation of spatial and energy distribution of neutrons in the uranium-lead assembly consisting of the extended lead target and the blanket from natural uranium surrounding it under bombardment with relativistic protons with the energy of 1.5 GeV obtained at the synchrophasotron of the Laboratory of High Energies of the JINR (Dubna, Russia) are described. The results of measurement and calculation of fission rates distribution of 235U, 238U and 232Th are presented, as well as threshold spectral indices sf232Th /sf235U and sf238U /sf235U as to the radius of the target and the blanket of the U/Pb-assembly. The results of measurement and calculation of fission rates of 234U, 236U, 237Np and spectral indices sfi /sf235U (i-234U, 236U, 237Np) in the blanket of the installation are also given. Measurements have been carried out using the method of solid state track detectors and been accompanied by calculations executed by the Monte-Carlo method simulation using DCM/CEM program.
