Summary: New method of building-up welding wear resistant coats on machine parts surface has been developed. The technology for realization of this method on practice is presented. The formula, defining association between time of process of a building-up welding and parameters of an obtained coverage is obtained. The characteristics of received coats as well as advantages of this method are shown.
Summary: A method is proposed for calculating the electrical capacitance of a system of round and elliptic shells and shells in the form of plate placed inside a round shell. The method is based on precise constructing the electrostatic field potential. An algorithm for deriving approximate formulae is presented. Some particular cases are considered.

Optimum pressure choice in processes of microwave plasmachemical treating of materials. pp. 59--61
Summary: The procedure of the speeded up definition of optimum pressure for processes of a microwave plasmachemical removing of materials from a solid surface in requirements of a rough vacuum is designed. The procedure based on definition of value of plasma forming gas pressure at which the underload delay time of beginning a microwave breakdown in gas in relation to the beginning of generation of ultra high frequency radiation in requirements of pulsatory mode of a magnetron operation is observed. The experiments have shown that at such pressure the peak rate of plasmachemical material removing from a solid surface is ensured.

Summary: The most substantial engineering performances, operational algorithms of the measured information processing and results of the metrology tests of the industrial ultrasonic gas flowmeter-counter with extended range of the measurable flow have been presented. The reached level of the instrumental error is negligible low, however it is necessary to proceed to the multi-channel measuring scheme for the reaching of the 0.5 accuracy class.
Summary: The paper deals with the stability of a topologically ordered NRG neural network, which is applied to robotic manipulator motion synthesis. The sufficient conditions of existence and uniqueness of the neural network equilibrium as well as the conditions of its stability are proposed. These conditions have been successfully applied to design of the motion control programs for industrial robotic-manipulators.

The influence of penetrant testing temperature regime on sensitivity threshold. pp. 106--113
Summary: The problem of temperature effect of heated parts at two stages of penetrant testing (penetrant and developer application) upon method sensitivity is considered. The analytical expressions for determination the limit depth of capillary penetration, optimal depth of diffusion impregnation of cylindrical defects and threshold sensitivity with allowance for parts heating are obtained. It is shown, that two kinds of thermal effect (both at the stage of penetrant application and further heating of inspected parts during a development process.) result in reaching the optimal values in terms of sensitivity threshold and duration of penetration stage.
Summary: Heat transfer process at propane pool boiling on single horizontal tubes with porous coating and in metal ceramic structures of heat exchanger evaporators with channels for vapour evacuation was investigated. Porous coatings were applied by electric arc spraying (stainless steel) or sintering of metal powder particles (copper), structures of evaporator with steam exhaust channels were produced by hydrothermal synthesis technology of aluminium oxide ceramic. Experiments were carried out at the heat flux ranges from 102 to 105 W/m2. The influence of porous coating parameters on heat transfer intensity was studied. The results of research show that an application of metal porous sprayed or sintered copper powder covering allows one to increase significantly the heat transfer intensity for propane boiling as compared with a smooth surface. Ceramic oxide aluminium Аl2О3 porous structures made by hydrothermal synthesis method can be considered as an alternative to another kinds of wicks. The results obtained can be applied in the chemical industry, refrigerator engineering, electronics, etc.
