Summary: It is developed the two-particles quantum-mechanical model of complex nuclear and molecular systems formation in reference to the condensed mediums. The simulations of binding energies of complex molecules were conducted in view of basic Brillouin band formation, initiation of covalence bond, shares of ionic bond and dipole-dipole interaction.

Summary: The influence of synthesizing methods and atmosphere (air, argon and oxygen), in which gamma-irradiation was performed, on basic parameters of titanium barium ceramics has been investigated.

Account of the channel profile of screws for formation of plasticize powders. pp. 21--25

Summary: The stress condition of a powder material is investigated at its condensation screws. Distribution of pressure on depth of the channel screws is found, the algorithm of calculations of an optimum structure of the channel is made. It is shown, that the channel of a triangular structure is necessary for uniform distribution of pressure. Results of research can be used at designing new technological processes and screws equipment in powder metallurgy, at formation of plasticize powder.

The phase structure of iron--chromium--manganese alloys with copper. pp. 26--31

Summary: Created polythermal sections of the state diagram iron angle of the alloys containing 14 mas.% of chromium, 10, 15, 20 and 25 mas.% of manganese with varying copper content from 0 to 4 mas.% make it possible to determine copper and manganese effect on phase structure as well as on distinctive features of stable structure formation.

The mathematical model for calculation of cavity parameters. pp. 35--37

Summary: The numerous researches directed on study of influence of a cavitaton phenomenon at processing of solid materials, located in water environment as suspension arc conducted. The positive effect is received. The optimum base model of the cavitation apparatus is chosen. The mathematical model for calculation of cavity parameters in a working zone of cavitater is developed. On the basis of the experimental data the preliminary calculation of length and radius of a supercavity is conducted. It will allow with sufficient accuracy to design the cavitation installation as a whole for the subsequent operational use in the industrial purposes.

Optimization of gearshift process of urban bus. pp. 38--43

Summary: The article deals with parameters optimisation of pre-selected gearshift algorithm in the urban bus transmission. Withprovision for specifics of under investigation process the research technique and toolkit of complex oscillatory system syntheses are offered, including choice of strategy and method of deciding the multicriteria problem, development simulation models of pre-selector gearshift process, motivation and choice of efficiency criterions, searching area, initial approach and operated parameters. Modeling results of pre-selector gearshift process before and after optimisation, as well as the results of the gearshift algorithm syntheses are illustrated and brought in activity.

The optimization of parameters of gearing with increased contact ratio on criterion of minimal specific sliding. pp. 44--48

Summary: The authors suggest method of analysis and optimising of high contact gearing on criterion of minimal specific sliding. It is based on principles of direct gear design in common parameters. It is recommended to optimising design of gearing with improved parameters.

The investigations of the dynamic processes in hydraulic mounted system of the plowing machine at soil relief copying. pp. 49--54

Summary: With the purpose of stabilization of adhesion weight of the arable unit the dynamic processes in hitch device are considered at copying soil relief. The developed mathematical model allows to establish character of pressure interrelation of a working liquid in a pressure head cavity of the hydrocylinder with adhesion properties of the unit. The obtained results can be used at structural and parametrical synthesis of hitch devices.

The theoretical estimation of ultrasound influence on the efficiency increase of mechanical cutting of ultra hard materials. pp. 55--59

Summary: The description of the diamond crystal cutting technological scheme with the ultrasonic fluctuations, directed perpendicular to cutting surfaces of the disk is given. On its base mathematical model of the mechanical diamond crystal cutting process, allowing researching it in respect of cutting intensities both in usual condition of the processing, and at ultrasonic influence is offered. As a result these studies the analytical dependencies, describing law of the moving the cutting edge of the disk comparatively to processed surfaces, thereby, there is cutting intensity, when processing in usual condition and with ultrasound are obtained. On their base the expression, allowing produce the quantitative estimation of influence ultrasonic fluctuations on increasing of the mechanical diamond crystals cutting intensities with provision for influences of technological and acoustic parameter is obtained.

The investigations and designs in the field of electric erosion of metals in the Physical-Engineering Institute of NAS Belarus (review). pp. 60--68

Summary: The stages of the investigations and designs in the field of electric erosion of metals in the Physical -- Engineering Institute of NAS Belarus are considered from the historical aspect in connection with the 60-th anniversary of electro-erosion method of metal treatment. Some investigation results on the study of electrical strength of liquid dielectrics, electrodes erosion value, influence of lowfrequency ultrasonic vibrations on the erosion process are shown. A range of technological designs, created on the base of conducted researches, is briefly considered. The structure of general metal treatment technology is theoretically reviewed.

The application of the homogenization method to the APS properties investigation. pp. 69--73

Summary: An approach is presented to develop a continuum material model of a ZrO2 + 7% Y2O3 (PYSZ) coating which is based on the homogenization of atmospheric plasma sprayed (APS) thermal barrier coating (TBC) with a characteristic micro-structure to be applied in a FEM analysis, taking into account the influence of the microstructure on the material behavior and properties. Two approaches for the homogenization are developed: one is based on the physical equivalence in calculation area, another -- on the periodical structures theory. Future researches will be concentrated on the further improvement of both the methods, as well as on the experimental evaluation of the homogenized material models.

Summary: It is suggested to use the principle of superposition of acoustic fields of the coherent emitters for detection of adhesion quality where emitters arc localized parts of the reflected surface of contacting materials with different boundary conditions for wave. The modeling of sound reflection process for the next boundary conditions: free surface -- slip, slip surface -- rigid have been realized.

Single-level logic synthesis for Programmable Array Logic. pp. 90--96

Summary: The problem of combinational single-level synthesis for one of the Programmable Logic Devices (PLD) classes -- combinational Programmable Array Logic (PAL) is considered. The task considered is to find an optimal disjunctive expansion of the realized system of sum-of-products (SOP) using a minimal number of restricted SOPs. Iterative methods are proposed based on sequential and parallel introducing new PALs and filling ones previously integrated into the circuit. The methods use quantitative "what-i" evaluations at every search step.

Summary: The process of formation of the optical map by a focal matrix is reviewed. The fourier-analysis of process of signal conversion by a template photodetector is conducted. The phenomena of substitution of frequency and its usage for spectral analysis of signals outside Nyquist frequency are investigated.

The study of possibility of low- and intermediate-level sanitary ash immobilization from contaminated areas of Belarus. pp. 115--117

Summary: The method of cementation of low- and intermediate-level radioactive hearth ash has been developed. The samples of ash-cement compounds containing ash mass fraction up to 80% have been obtained. For these samples, the results of mechanical strength tests and investigation of 137Cs leaching have shown the need of improvement of stability of the solidified compounds obtained in order to achieve the accepted standards on radionuclides leachability.

Summary: Analysis of welded joints defects structure evaluation according to dimensions has been carried out, unified quantitative units of defects (quality) measurement on extent and quantity are elaborated, substantiated and proposed.
