Optimization of composition of water-based fluorescent penetrant resistant to external actions. pp. 5--6

Summary: Optimal composition (0.01% fluorescent crystal, 0.01% PAY, 2% dimethylformamide, 97.98% water) of water-based penetrant is developed. It permits to reveal surface defects and leaks with a high accuracy. The penetrant is environmentally appropriate and cheap in production.

Complex mathematical model of metal parts heat treatment technological process and its program realization. pp. 7--11

Summary: The work is devoted to the development of the metal parts heat treatment technological process complex mathematical model and its program realization. As a result of the carried out investigations on the basis of the finite-element method there were developed 3D-models of the parts heating and cooling, phase transformations, stress-strained state, hardness distribution and also implemented computer realization of these models.

The development of mathematical model of aerodynamic processes in swirling flows. pp. 12--20

Summary: Aerodynamic processes in swirling air jet are considered. The mathematical model of laws of distribution axial, tangential and radial components of velocity of an air stream and static pressure in a field of swirling flow are obtained. Results of theoretical and experimental researches of aerodynamic structure of the swirling jet are presented.

Row velocities of the elastic waves, propagating in cubic anisotropic medium. pp. 21--24

Summary: Expressions for row velocities of propagation of elastic quasilongitudinal and quasutransversal waves in cubic anisotropic body are obtained. The analysis of dependences of row velocities from a angle of an inclination of a normal to a characteristic surface in two various planes of the elastic media having cubic symmetry is carried out. With the help of curve row velocities angles of lacunas for some cubic anisotropic materials are determined.

Device for loading of vehicle transmissions. pp. 25--28

Summary: During stand tests of transmissions of automobiles, tractors and agricultural machines there is a necessity to load power arbors break torque. Now the direct-current generators having a number of lacks are used in loading devices. It is offered to use asynchronous motors with a phase-wound rotor instead of generators . Such replacement provides economies of the electric power from 2 up to 5 times, reliability augmentation and simplification of service of the stand equipment. The scheme of the stand equipment, principle of control of value of the loading moment is described, the formulas for calculation of driving powers and loading devices are resulted.

Methods and means of increasing of functioning operator's efficiency of transportation man-machine systems. pp. 29--37

Summary: The most important and professionally significant psychophysiological qualities of the operator which is necessary for successful performance in man--machine systems of transportation providing functioning safety, are the following: high ability to perception (recognition); monotony resistance; readiness for emergency actions, a high level of vigilance; ability for forecasting an environment dynamics; the concentrated and constants attention; emotional stability; high motivation. On methodology of the control of an operators vigilance level, the directions of research development are considered in the field of increase of functioning efficiency of transportation man--machine systems.

Experimental determination of the damping characteristics in dynamic system of the drive mechanisms. pp. 38--44

Summary: The methodical approaches to parameter determination of damping characteristics in drive mechanisms are considered. The results of the experimental studies of the energy dissipatation in toothed meshing for real tooth gearing at test under standard working conditions, obtained by the strain gage method for gearing with different rigidity parameters are presented.

Magneto-abrasive treatment of thin-walled cone holes. pp. 45--47

Summary: Possibility of magneto-abrasive machining of conical thin-walled detail holes made from aluminum alloy is determined. The difference of magnetic induction on bigger and smaller hole sizes shouldn't be more than 15%. That is the key condition.

Electrothermal surface hardening of caterpillar links made from cast and deformed billets. pp. 48--52

Summary: The novel technological process has been developed for surface hardening of caterpillar links made from 45Г steel for-gings using high-frequency heating. The technology developed makes it possible to decrease the energy capacity required for processing links, to increase the production rate and to improve the quality of heat treatment as well as to extend the operating life of parts.

Summary: In the offered approach distinction between segmentation procedure (allocation of sites with homogeneous brightness) and allocation of objects (units of the information for the stages analysis) is emphasized. Formation of a stage is submitted as base procedure of image processing . The single level and multilevel variants of stage formation strategy are considered . The principle of adaptive control of segmentation parameters and object consecutive allocation is formulated.

The optimal control of stochastic systems structure. pp. 85--90

Summary: The task of synthesis of optimum control of complex systems structure in conditions of uncertainty caused by casual character of change of phase coordinates and a unguided component of an index of structure is considered. The conditions are given, at which the optimum control can be received in a class of the mixed processes. The procedure of definition of an optimum index of structure is offered on the basis of operations of the ordered choice.

Summary: The investigation of the freezing areas in samples of the mountain rocks is represented. The experimental studies is based on infrared measurements by means of system IR SnapShot 525. Thickness of freezing layer is determined for samples having clear borders of the freezing area.

The algorithm of the calculation of digestion process of organocontaintng waste. pp. 94--96

Summary: The calculation on biogas yield out from the unit of the volume of a bioreactor under anaerobic fermentation of or-ganocontaining media based on the Conto model and the technique of municipal economy is presented. The technique has been used when analyzing the experimental data under anaerobic fermentation of a wide spectrum of organocontaining substrata.

The investigation of the atmospheric pollution with the exhaust gases of the freight diesel locomotives. pp. 97--99

Summary: The mathematical model is described and the results of investigating the atmospheric pollution with the exhaust gases of the diesel locomotive are given. The effects of the train mass, of the load to the axle, of the average speed between stops and the effect of the train schedule to the atmospheric pollution are investigated. The estimation of the total toxicity of the diesel locomotive exhaust gases, which permits to compare the influence of the diesel locomotives of different kinds to the environment is carried out.

Metrological complex for simulation of the unit of magnetic induction of permanent field. pp. 100--108

Summary: The construction principle of the designed in the Institute of Applied Physics of National Academy of Sciences the metrological complex (the primary standard) for keeping in storage and transmission of the unit of magnetic induction of the permanent field in the range of 0.05 up to 2 T is designed and manufactured. The main devices the primary standard consists of are described. The results of investigation of the primary standard are done. The complex is declared as the National primary standard of magnetic induction of Republic Belarus.

Summary: The factors which influence human breathe system negatively within smog action area are analyzed. The main directions and methods of scientific research, making possible to minimize the consequences of this complex nature-technological phenomenon, are outlined.

The selection of calculation method for design of magnetic systems of ultrasonic transducers with magnetically held contact fluid. pp. 116--121

Summary: The method of design of magnetic system for the holding of magnetic contact fluid on the surface of the ultrasonic transducer is presented. The method includes the choice of materials of permanent magnets and magnetic system structure. Used permanent magnets have a form of an orthogonal parallelepiped. It is proposed to make the calculation of magnetic field topography by the method of equivalent solenoid. It is shown that the holding of magnetic fluid is the more effective in the condition of maximum of it magnetization. In this case the area of localization of the contact volume of magnetic fluid is determined by the maximum of magnetic field gradient.
