Investigation of a role of the structural factors in iron hardening during a hot extrusion. pp. 3--8
Summary: The ion hardening has been investigated during a hot extrusion. With increasing the degree of strain the strength and plasticity of longitudinal specimens are increased twice and those of transverse specimens remain actually unchanged. Any deflection of a graphite shape from a sphere has a negative effect on a strength. The strength is increased by enhancing the amount of perlite, decreasing an austenite grain size and perlite fineness.

Summary: The effect of strain rate on the results of the testing of metall under dynamic loading is considered. The theoretical and experimental investigations showed that the most accurate characteristic of the dynamic indentation is the velocity of plastic deformation of tested material at the impact.

Summary: It is shown that the stability of process two-cylindrical of the hardening melt on elastic barrels and the quality of getting ribbons depends on the dynamic stability of circular cylindrical thinness casings. The linear problem of dynamic stability thinness casing in the process Its rotation and the availability of compressible loading is solved. The analytical expression for the calculation of hollow casing is obtained. The analysis of process oscilation revolving thinness casing Is performed. It is determined that the phenomenon of resonance disappears when the coefficient damping #&100 #&179 #&1190/#&2142, but the unlinearance of process introduces essential changes in the character oscillations.

Summary: It is shown that the unlinearance exerts essential influence on the character oscillations of cylindrical casings in the process their rotation and the availability of compressible loading. The dependences between the amplitude and phase static oscillations of casing from the frequency of external force were found by means of solution Duffinge's equations for the forced oscillations calculating the additional dicrease of oscillations on account of damping. The analysis of amplitude-frequency characteristics of process oscillation revolving casing is performed. The conditions stability static regimes of casing in the process its rotation under the availability of compressible loading and the damping are determined.

Summary: The data-and-control links graph (DCLG) whose vertices correspond to program operations, and arcs to control and/or data links between operations has been proposed as a mathematical model for the sequential program amenable to distributed processing of the program. The DCLG vertices and arcs have weighs assigned to them. The DCLG analysis allows for identifying the graph fragments that can be handled simultaneously on various processors. It is seen therefore that specific features of the problems to be handled by the program are taken into account in the model which allows us to develop a variety of versions for the distributed processing of a particular program.

Summary: The acoustic emission of galvanic nickel platings on the non-magnetic base was investigated under the impact of the alternating magnetic field its frequency varying from 20 to 200 Hz. The influence of the alternating magnetisation field, diameter of the swelling, thickness of the plating and heat treatment on the acoustic emission was analysed.

Summary: The calculation of the thermodynamic and hydrodynamic parameters of target is the first stage of estimation of combined influence of thermal tensions and stress waves in the process of cold destruction of metals with relativistic beams of charged particles. Region of arising of stress waves as well as their spreading through the target can be determined from the known thermodynamic parameters.
