Summary: The influence of electric current on the structurization's processes of the organomineral system based on water-soluble silicates of alkaline metals and epoxy resin is investigated. Summary: The effect of the oxidic film structure on the process of sintering of aluminium powder has been studied. Powder covered with a film of a cristalline structure becomes more active upon sintering.

Choice of optimal modes of gas-thermal deposition of coatings. pp. 16--20

Summary: It is advantageous to use two criteria as optimizing parameters when determining the conditions of gaseous thermal deposition. They are intensity of deposition and thermal state of particles.

Investigation of features of physical-chemical processes in the system metal -- coating of epilam. pp. 21--24

Summary: With use of a method differential-thermal analysis the features physico-chemical interaction in systems metal -- coating of epilam are investigated. Is shown, that in such systems the course of processes of change of a phase condition of materials, catalysis and inhibition of oxidation of metal surfaces is possible. The assumption is stated, that specific features physico-chemical interaction of metals with a film of epilam is caused by the contents in their superficial layer, and it is possible and in volume, products of contact reactions such as salts of greasy acids.

Summary: It is established that a magnetic-abrasive processing (MAP) can be used for working long-size holes. The method distinctive features, parameters and processing conditions are determined. The equipment and tools for MAP of long-size holes are developed and created.

Summary: A method is suggested to compute intermediate belt drives with a linear longitudinal profile and a dependence is shown of tractive force from an intermediate drive with a longitudinal belt contact versus operation conditions.

Technological heredity at processing of details from noncompact materials. pp. 42--47

Summary: A safe work of machine parts can be provided by optimal exploit properties of their surface. These parameters are formed during all the time of workpiece machining. Some properties of surface are inherited from previous processing of porous materials.

The temperature profile of a drop of a melt in a non-stationary mode of heating. pp. 48--54

Summary: There is provided a theoretical analysis of the temperature profile of a melting drop rotating with a constant angular velocity around its axis and being influenced by an extended heat source in an unstable regime of heating. The scaling factor of the heated body, as well as the power of heat source and the velocity of rotation are proved to be of crucial importance for the temperature profile of melt drop. This allows to control the process of cooling, as well as production-forming on the disk brim.

The tendencies of development of solar photopower and perspectives it of application in the Republic of Belarus. pp. 55--59

Summary: The current state and development prospects of solar power are discussed. Conclusion is made that it will see an extensive progress in developed countries in the near future. It is demonstrated that physicotechnical advantages offered by AIIIBV compounds will make it possible to increase solar cell efficiency more than 2-fold as compared to silicon solar elements. Taking into account simultaneous reduction in the production costs of such elements, prospects using solar energy in the Republic of Belarus appear to be highly promising notwithstanding unfavourable natural illumination conditions.

Self-consistent simulation by a Monte-Carlo method of electron transport in silicon inversion layer. pp. 60--64

Summary: The results of Monte-Carlo simulation of electron transport in silicon iversion layer obtained while taking in account changes in subband structures due to electron repopulation are presented. An iterative algorithm consisted of self-consistent solution of the Schroediger and Poisson equations and ensemble Monte-Carlo calculations.

The solution of a boundary-value problem at operation of force on boundary of physically nonlinear deformable half-space. pp. 65--72

Summary: A new mathematical model of the physically nonlinear deformable medium is developed, which includes inhomogeneity of the medium as well as strength and deformation parameters. The boundary-value and contact problems are solved to determine stresses, deformations and displacements in the medium considered. Since the main parameters of system are taken into account, the stresses and displacements are close to the actual.

Identification of objects of the gray-scale colour image on vector representation of their boundaries and brightness characteristics. pp. 73--81

Summary: A method of a contour representation identification for halftone colour image objects is proposed by using relationships of direction vector weights and their topology. Due to this fact, identification accuracy and sensitivity are improved.

Modification of retrieval algorithm of optimization on the best test. pp. 82--86

Summary: A new search algorithm that is a modification of known best sample random searching algorithm is proposed. Optimization procedure of this algorithm is based on mean value of all best samples. This opportunity allows to use suggested algorithm more effectively in systems with fluctuating optima. Computer simulating results are presented.

Summary: As a result of experiments and geophisical investigations a new method is suggested to guard the development mine workings by destructing cavities in the weak and unstable rocks in "Belaruskaly" mines. The method reduces much the intensity of mine workings deformations.

Summary: The variational principle for mixed boundary problem of incremental elastic-plastic theory is suggested. The boundary conditions may include the cases of full contact, viscous or dry friction.

The problem on about decay of a gap in pressure head stream in undeformable environment. pp. 99--108

Summary: The mathematical model proposed by the author earlier is discussed. At the first part of the paper the problem of existence of decision of conditions at the discontinuity is investigated. The Riemann task is solved in the second part of the paper.

Thresholds of a cavitation in impulse ultrasonic fields. pp. 109-114

Summary: It is shown that the thresholds of cavitation phenomena increase with the increasing of the ultrasound intensity rate variation and with the rest time between measurements. In pulsed ultrasound field cavitation effects thresholds increase with the increasing of duty-off ratio. Maximum of the sonoluminescence intensity achieved in pulse modulated ultrasound field by ultrasound intensity variation increases with increasing duty-off ratio.

On calculation of devices for separation of drops of fluid. pp. 115--120

Summary: In this article the method of calculation of the desigus for separation of gas flows from drops is considered. The designs are used in gas-petrochemical and other industries, where the clearing of gas flows from impurities is reguired.

Simulation of thermalphysic processes at ultrasonic flatting of tapes with application of a finite element method. pp. 121--127

Summary: A mathematical model (FEM) of heating wires from refractory metals and alloys in conditions of vacuum by means of the infrared radiation and electric current is developed. Computer modelling of wires from the tungsten and molybdenum heating is conducted. The regularities of influence a heaters construction and velocity of drawing on the maximum temperature of wires were established.
