The longitudinal rigidity of transmission belts under dynamic load. pp. 42--46

Summary: The basic results of researches of longitudinal rigidity of belts which is an analogue of the modulus of elasticity of the first sort, based on the newly developed technique, most fully simulating the conditions of load of belts in real transfers are presented. The technique includes complex research of longitudinal rigidity in conditions of the free and compelled fluctuations with given power and frequency in parameters. The obtained dependences allow to predict value of rigidity in a range of operational frequencies and loadings, which largely depends on the frequency of compelled load with 44 Hz it exceeds the static parameters by 1.6--2.1 times. The similar results allow to modify the basic tasks arising with design of the belts transmissions.

The investigation of doze and temperature dependencies of Hall voltage in fast electron irradiated n-type GaAs crystals. pp. 64--67

Summary: It is established, that in 4 MeV electron irradiated undoped n-type GaAs crystals the Hall voltage UH have increasing exponential doze dependence. The exponential coefficient value depends on temperature of UH dose dependence measurements and grows with its downturn. The UH temperature dependence amplifies with irradiation doze growth. The strong temperature sensitivity of UH after irradiation of researched crystals by electron dozes more than 2 • 1015 sm-2 is found out. All UH changes after an irradiation are caused by carrier concentration changes as a result of radiation defects introduction in crystals during irradiation.

The dipole-glass conversion in superparamagnetic systems. pp. 128--134

Summary: The possibility of the dipole-glass state in systems of interacting isotropic superparamagnetic particles suspended in solid or liquid matrices is investigated. A numerical model of self-consistent field is developed, in which the magnetic state of particles is represented by active magnetic dipoles governed by Boltzmann statistics in local field. Brownian dynamic simulation is used to describe translational motion of particles. It is shown that above some value of the interaction energy to thermal energy ratio, the paramagnetic state becomes unstable and progressive freezing of magnetic moments appears accompanied by a peak on the temperature variation of susceptibility.
