On the effectiveness of energy recuperators using in drives with oscillating working parts. pp. 23--29
Summary: The calculations have shown what the most effective way to employ the energy recuperators in drives with oscillating working parts consists in having the ratio of forces resistance and inertia of a working part within a range from 0 to 2. With the values the reduction of consumed capacity of the engine occurs on 20% at the expense of reduction of factor of safety owing to significant alignment of the driving moment.

Summary: The offered I DC, at the realisation of the indicated principle of its construction allows to solve the most complex problems of diagnostics of transmission of transport machines. It also is effective for performing of research and experimental-design efforts in the field of designing, production, and operation of gearing and gear mechanisms.

Summary: The using of lubrication-cooling technological agents CHHXO-2M has allowed to increase effeciency of magnetic-abrasive machining by 20-40%. The nomenclature of lubrication-cooling technological agents used for the magnetic-abrasive machining is extended.

The temperature influence on leakage currents of hot electrons in n-channel MOS transistor. pp. 42--44
Summary: Substrate ionization current are measured, electron mean free path and electron energy are defined for dopant levels substrate 5 1021 and 7 1023 m-3 MOSFETs in the temperature interval -100 -- +100°C. Dependencies of emission electron currents into gate dielectric on the temperature are calculated. The correlation between ionization and emission currents depends on the temperature gradient sign of the substrate current practically only in the low dopant level MOSFETs.

The two-stage estimation algorithms in the moving object tracing systems. pp. 55--59
Summary: The discrete algorithm with the preliminary processing of measuring results is considered. The preliminary processing allows to form the covariace matrices of the measuring sequence and to obtain the measuring-noise-adaptive algorithm. This algorithm may be used for estimation of movement parameters in a tracing systems. The adaptive algorithm to estimate the position, velocity and acceleration of the moving object is presented.

The numerical modeling of flat ferromagnetic disk residual field at its pulse magnetization. pp. 66--72
Summary: The two-dimensional model and the method of design the residual field of flat ferromagnetic disc, magnetized by inhomogeneous field of superimposed solenoid is suggested. For the solution of the nonlinear parabolic equation the method of alternating directions is used. The calculation is made taking into account the nonlinear dependence of the properties of the disc material on the applied field and on the eddy currents. The comparison of the calculation and the experiment is done.

The testability estimation approaches analysis. pp. 79--83
Summary: The economical and structural approaches to testability evaluation of computing units was analysed and developed in this paper. The different definitions of hardware redundancy were presented and the best variant was proposed. The testing autonomy parameter as a character of hardware distribution between internal and external testing tools was introduced.

The finite degree hypergraph reliability. pp. 84--93
Summary: Let G be a simple hypergraph in which vertices may fail with the fixed probability p. Then the problem of computing the probability that the set of operative vertices contains at least one edge of G is the reliability combinatorial problem (REL-problem). If the edges of G may fail with the probability p, the problem of computing the probability that the set of operative edges is an edge cover of G is called the reliability covering problem (COVER-problem). Earlier the algorithmic complexity of the REL-problem and COVER-problem restricted to the class of k-uniform hypergraphs with maximal vertex degree l was determined only in some special cases. In this paper the complexity of these problems is given for all fixed values of k and l.

Summary: Structure and function modes of automation means of input and data processing are offered. The allocation techique of objects and mathematical models of processing of graphic informations in systems of plasma welding, ensuring increase of speed of a complex are created. The created technique can be applied to automatic quality surveillance of objiects.

The formal methods utilization in programming. pp. 99--107
Summary: The survey is devoted to considering the problems and current state of the domain of scientific and applied programming which is associated with the term "software formal methods". Software formal methods are the methods of mathematical modeling being used for development of computer systems. Appearance and evolution of this approach seems to be obligate because the strict mathematical methods are used in other engineering areas. Formal specification, formal verification and some modern formal methods as well as the examples of their usage in real industry projects are represented in the paper.

The synthesis of algorithms of hydro-mechanical transmissions adaptive control on the basis of car exploitation conditions regression analysis. pp. 108--112.
Summary: The technique of algorithm defining for hydro-mechanical transmission gear shift control with adaptation to variable exploitation factors has been presented in the paper. Fuel consumption during car acceleration has been used as the criterion of control optimization. The algorithms of adaptable control have been worked out on the basis of mathematical experiment planning and with the use of car motion computer simulations.

The investigation of the elastic wave propagation velocity in a conveyor band. pp. 113--115
Summary: Investigations have been performed of the velocity of longitudinal elastic waves propagation in the conveyor band with account for friction force and degree of the band sagging. Calculations have been made for the band contour tension which provides for conveyor start and braking excluding band skidding or loss of stability.

On the possibility of the ultrasonic standing waves excitation in metallic targets. pp. 116--118
Summary: The ultrasonic standing waves excited in metals under high-current electronic beams action are one among main reasons of cold destruction of such targets. Research have shown, that the amplitude value and intensity of a sound depends on number of particles in a pulse of a beam and geometrical characteristics of a target and does not depend on energy of particles in a beam. The length of the ultrasonic wave of standing fluctuations depends only on a geometry of a plate.

Summary: The formulae are obtained which express the elastic displacements of cubically anisotropic bodies' points by means of solutions of linear partial differential equations of sixth order.

The influence of a body shape on the bus streamlining. pp. 121--123
Summary: The physical description of the streamlining mechanism of a frontal bus body edge with different its curving is given. The correlation between an increase of the factor cx of a bus model and curving radii of its frontal edges is determined.

The mathematical model of vehicle with two-stream hydromechanical transmission as the system of changeable structure. pp. 124--129
Summary: The mathematical model of motion processes of the car equipped with the two-stream hydro-mechanical transmission is presented in the paper. All possible converter operation conditions throughout car acceleration have been analyzed. The model has been used for making up the programme of the car acceleration simulation. The obtained calculation results have been compared to the data coming from experimental tests, which resulted in the introductory verification of theoretical analysis.

The electrical surface effects at heat and mass transfer in naturel dispersion systems. pp. 130--133
Summary: The experimental investigation results of the electrical potential disteibutions in the natural dispersion systems (peat, quarts sound, caolin) under the heat, moisture and electrolytes transfer are given.
Value of the electrical potential gradient in these systems is proportional to the temperature gradient and the moisture flow density in the first approach.
The maximum value of the electrical potential arise in the area of a material contact with a different electrolyte concentration which has a different kation and anion mobility (such as KOH, CaCl2, SrCl2).

The influence of crystallization and melting on the infra-red radiation matter properties within the temperature rage from 300 to 330 K. pp. 134--136
Summary: The influence of crystallization and cooling regimes on integral infra-red radiation flux properties of working medium is discussed. The conclusions about possible actions of radiation generation at phase transitions are made on the basis of the spectral characteristics of liquid and solid phases of crystalline hydrates.

The precise constants calculation for above thermal neutron's. pp. 137--141
Summary: In this article the algorithm of energy-point calculation of reactor cell in the region above 1eV is presented. The spatial distribution of the cell flux is treated with the transmission probability method. In the fast energy region the inelastic scattering and influence of elastic scattering anisotropy in the center of mass system are taken into account. A comparison of calculated constants for two VVER type cells with the Monte-Carlo method is made.

The comparison of the calculations with "KRATER" program with the benchmark tests for the critical assembly of the PWR type, containing the uranium-gadolinium fuel. pp. 142--147
Summary: The paper is devoted to comparison of the neutron-physical calculations with the KRATER program and benchmark tests carried out for a critical assembly with a PWR core having different composition in the central cassettes including fuel elements containing gadolinium.
The satisfactory agreement has been obtained between calculation of the criticality, efficiency of absorbing elements, energy distribution in the region of higher inhomogeneity and benchmark data.
