On November 25, 2021, the selection stage of the Republican Youth Innovation Project "100 Ideas for Belarus" among young scientists took place at the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus. Young scientists, postgraduates and undergraduates of the NASB took part in it.
During the qualifying stage, a presentation of projects was organized, as well as an exhibition of youth innovative developments. In total, more than 30 projects were presented to the authoritative jury with the participation of the first secretary of the Central Committee of the Belarusian Republican Youth Union Alexander Lukyanov.
Young scientists of the Academy of Sciences demonstrated the latest developments in the most relevant areas of science development. Thus, the project "Induction defibrillator", within the framework of which it is proposed to use a fundamentally new solution for the treatment of cardiac arrhythmias. It is expected that the project "High-strength cast irons with ausferritic structure" will produce iron castings with a high level of mechanical properties. With the aim of popularizing archaeological science, as well as attracting interest in the archaeological heritage of Belarus, the “Project of Experimental Archeology “The Tale of the Clay Pot” Special attention should be paid to the developments of young scientists dedicated to the further implementation and use of the results of their research activities, including projects: "3D meat printing", which will allow you to create unique natural high-quality meat products in a matter of minutes, as well as "Thermosiphons - effective heat transfer devices ”, within the framework of which new types of thermosyphons were developed, new possibilities of their application for electric vehicles were considered.
Based on the results of the academic stage, 20 innovative projects of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus were selected for the final stage of the Republican youth innovative project “100 Ideas for Belarus”.
According to the regulations on the republican youth innovation project "100 ideas for Belarus", approved by the decree of the Bureau of the Central Committee of the Belarusian Republican Youth Union of September 25, 2019 No. 12, the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus conducts its own competitive selection and organizes training of project participants for the fourth (final) stage.
"100 Ideas for Belarus" is a republican youth project "Belarusian Republican Youth Union", the main task of which is to activate innovative activities and professional mobility of youth, create and promote specific innovative projects and promising scientific and technical developments.
