The Presidium of the NASB has summed up the results of the competition for the awards of the NASB in 2021.

Based on the decisions of the Commission on Prizes, it was decided to award six prizes of the NASB: in the field of information technology, physical-technical and technical sciences; in the field of biological sciences, in the field of medical sciences; in the humanities and social sciences and in the field of agricultural sciences.

Prizes of the NASB in 2021 were awarded to:

in the field of information technology – Krasko Olga Vladimirovna, Leading Researcher of the State Scientific Institution "United Institute of Informatics Problems of the NASB", Candidate of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor, Novoselova Natalya Anatolyevna, leading researcher of the state scientific institution "United Institute of Informatics Problems of the NASB", candidate of technical sciences, – for the cycle of works "Methods, models of analysis of biomedical data and information and analytical systems for predicting the survival and diagnosis of socially significant diseases";

The awards of the NASB were established in 1995 to support domestic scientists, whose scientific work was recognized in the Republic of Belarus and abroad, had a significant impact on the implementation of state programs, contributed to the development of innovation, improving the efficiency of the country's economy, ensuring food security and solving problems of protection the environment and public health, as well as to stimulate the creative activity and professional growth of scientists. Since 2017, competitions for awards of the NASB have been held annually. The amount of one premium is 35 base rates.
