On April 27, 2022, a videoconference was held between the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus and JSC «China Engineering Corporation SAMS».

As a result of the negotiations, a Cooperation Agreement was signed between the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus and China SAMS Engineering Co., Ltd. The document was signed by the First Deputy Chairman of the Presidium of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus Sergei Chizhik and General Director Li Haixin, General Director of JSC «China Engineering Corporation SAMS».

The document notes that the priority areas of cooperation are: energy saving and environmental protection, new energy sources, new materials, optics, precision instruments, semiconductors and biomedicine, as well as expanding the commercial application of the results of the joint scientific activities.
