On December 21, 2022, at 11 o'clock in the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus (66 Nezaliežnasci Ave., Large Conference Hall of the Presidium of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, 2nd floor), the winners of the Republican contest of Creative Works dedicated to the Year of Historical Memory will be awarded. The authors of the best works will receive awards, diplomas and memorable prizes. The competent jury summed up the results of the Republican contest. The winners were 240 works.

The contestants from different regions of Belarus took part in the competition, which indicates a significant attention to the history of our country. In total, about a thousand people took part in the competition. These are caring and creative people, amateurs and professionals, teachers, schoolchildren and students, as well as everyone whose works contribute to the popularization of historical knowledge and achievements of modern society, serve to strengthen national unity and social harmony. The contest participants represent all regions of the country: both large regional cities Minsk, Brest, Gomel, Vitebsk, Grodno, Mogilev, and district centers, agro-towns, small settlements. Residents of Russia also submitted their works to the competition. Creative search has united people of all ages, educational level, and life experience. The contest participants sent books, brochures, video presentations, audio recordings of songs, research projects, poems, miniatures, short stories, sketches, essays.
