On January 19, 2023, a press conference Support for Young Scientists: Creating Conditions for the Disclosure of Scientific Potential and Participation in Promising Research was held in the Press Center of the BELTA.

On behalf of the Council of Young Scientists of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, Dmitry Tokalchik, Deputy Chairman of the CYS of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, researcher at the Laboratory of Neurophysiology of the Institute of Physiology of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, and Maxim Kuchvalsky, Chairman of the CYS of the Department of Agrarian Sciences of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, junior researcher at the Institute of Experimental Veterinary Medicine named after S.N. Vyshelessky.
They talked about creating conditions for the disclosure of the scientific potential of young scientists. Positive results are achieved thanks to the created system of stimulating and attracting young people to science. The organizations of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus have established work to involve students in the research field. Clusters organized in the National Academy of Sciences in various areas allow attracting young scientists to implement large interdisciplinary projects, to participate in promising research.
