The exhibition of scientific and technical achievements Intellectual Belarus, which was held in Minsk (Pieramožcaŭ Ave., 14) on January 20–22, 2023, aroused great interest. For three days of work, thousands of people from all regions visited it. These are representatives of ministries and departments, enterprises and organizations of the country, pupils and students, scientists, cadets of military schools, residents of the capital and guests of Minsk.
According to numerous requests of visitors, the work of the exhibition of scientific and technical achievements Intellectual Belarus will be extended for a week. The exposition of the exhibition will be expanded and supplemented with new exhibits. This will give an opportunity to an even wider range of residents of the country to get acquainted with the latest scientific developments of Belarusian scientists and students.
At the exhibition of scientific and technical achievements Intellectual Belarus, scientists of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, representatives of educational institutions, research public and private organizations of the country, technoparks engaged in scientific research demonstrate their achievements and developments. The exhibition presents over 400 exhibits. These are full-scale specimen (including large-sized equipment), layouts, multimedia presentations on large screens.
The exposition of the exhibition of scientific and technical achievements Intellectual Belarus is organized according to the cluster principle, which assumes the unification and logical connection of large thematic blocks being developed in Belarus and the most relevant at the present time. Among the clusters: artificial intelligence, IT technologies, robotics; innovative instrumentation; electric transport and its basic components, aircraft; defense capability and military science; ecology, nature management; biotechnology; pharmacy, healthcare, medicine; agro-industrial complex, food; the space of youth initiatives.
The presentation of the exhibits is focused on interdisciplinary and intersectoral interrelations «science – education – production». Special emphasis is placed on the developments of young people, including those proposed within the framework of the projects 100 Ideas for Belarus and 100 Innovations of Young Scientists under the general slogan Space of Youth Initiatives. Visitors can also see an exposition of achievements in the field of socio-humanities – the latest book publications, archaeological artifacts, decorative and applied arts, as well as developments in the context of the Year of Historical Memory.
According to the organizers of the exhibition, the exposition sets a general focus on the continuous development of Belarusian science, intensive interaction of science, education and production, increasing the introduction of scientific achievements into the real sector and the socio-cultural sphere, increasing positive impact on the quality of life and well-being of the Belarusian people.
The exhibition of scientific and technical achievements Intellectual Belarus was organized in pursuance of the instruction of the Head of State given during a working meeting with the Chairman of the Presidium of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus V.G. Gusakov on October 18, 2022.
