Mother's Day was warmly and sincerely celebrated today at the Academy of Sciences! Ivan Baranowski, Chairman of the United Branch Trade Union Organization of Workers of the NAS of Belarus; Stanislaw Juretski, Chairman of the Council of Young Scientists of the NAS of Belarus and Julija Kachurka, Chairman of the primary organization of the Belarusian Women's Union of the Academy, congratulated women on a wonderful holiday.

But the main highlight of the holiday was a magnificent exhibition – tasting of confectionery made by the hands of employees of the Academy of Sciences. Our amazing women have shown that they not only make an important contribution to the development of domestic scientific thought, but are able to surprise with masterpieces of culinary skill!
