On November 21, 2024, the NAS of Belarus together with the State Committee on Science and Technology are holding the Development of Informatization and the State System of Scientific and Technical Information (RINTI-2024) 23rd annual international scientific and technical conference. The conference is organized by the United Institute of Informatics Problems of the NAS of Belarus together with the Belarusian Institute of System Analysis and Information Support of the Scientific and Technical Sphere, the Jakub Kolas Central Scientific Library of the NAS of Belarus, the I.S. Lupinovich Belarusian Agricultural Library of the NAS of Belarus, the Republican Scientific and Technical Library, the Belarusian State University, the National Library of Belarus.

The purpose of the conference is to analyse the state and problems of the development of informatization (digital transformation) of the economy, social sphere, public administration and the STI system in Belarus and abroad, as well as issues of developing new approaches to scientific and methodological support for the computerization and information society development (IT country, IT state development), the creation of information technologies and information technology infrastructure of Belarus.

The main directions of the conference:
1. Scientific and methodological, informational, technological and legal support for the digital transformation development.
2. Automated systems of scientific and technical information, information support for scientific, technical and innovative activities.
3. Library and information systems and technologies. Publication activity.
4. Artificial intelligence and cognitive technologies in computerization.
The conference will be attended by representatives of 37 research organizations, institutions of higher education, republican public administration bodies and business circles from 6 countries: Belarus, Russia, Azerbaijan, Italy, Iraq, Transnistria. 80 reports (70 Belarusian ones and 10 foreign ones) will be presented at RINTI-2024.
Registration starts at 9.00 a.m. The beginning of the plenary session is 10.00 a.m.
