The results of the 2025 Winter Sports and Athletic Meeting, dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War, have been summed up.

The first place was taken by the team of SE "Institute of System Research in the Agro-Industrial Complex of the NAS of Belarus", the second place was taken by  RUE "Institute of Flax", and the third place was taken by RUE "Scientific and Practical Center of the NAS of Belarus for Agricultural Mechanization".

On February 10, 2025, at an administrative office meeting, the winners of the 2025 Winter Sports and Athletic Meeting among employees of the NAS of Belarus organizations were awarded. The chairman of the joint committee, Ivan Baranovsky, presented awards to the heads of organizations whose teams won prizes.

On February 8, 2025, the 2025 Winter Sports and Athletic Meeting, dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War, was held at the children's health camp “Foton”. On behalf of the managementof the Academy of Sciences, the First Deputy Chairman of the Presidium of the NAS of Belarus, Academician Sergei Chizhik addressed the participants of the competition. The Chairman of the Joint Committee Ivan Baranovsky, the Chief Judge of the Competition Vitaly Shchetko and the Chairperson of the Primary Organization of  Belarusian Union of Women Yulia Kochurko addressed the participants and guests of the sports festival with a welcoming speech. A surprise was the performance of the military-patriotic club "Grenadier", which demonstrated a unique combat technique with a saber - flanking.

61 teams competed for the winning medals and awards! Scientists from the NAS of Belarus competed in various events: competitive skiing; air gun shooting; relay race; chinup; team skiing; team track "Caterpillar"; memory box; squirrel wheel. For the first time, teams from EPRUE “Ferrit” and RUE "Institute of Flax" took part in the competition, which also became a prize winner!
