NAS of Belarus presents over 110 innovative developments at “MILEX-2025”
At the XII International Exhibition of Arms and Military Equipment "MILEX-2025", 14 organizations of the NAS of Belarus present over 110 developments aimed at ensuring the defense and security of the state.
The opening ceremony of the exhibition was attended by the First Deputy Chairman of the Presidium of the NAS of Belarus Sergei Chizhik and the Deputy Chairman of the Presidium of the NAS of Belarus Oleg Chernyshev.
At the collective exposition of the Academy of Sciences, RUE “Scientific and Production Center for Multifunctional Unmanned Complexes” presents a line of unmanned aerial vehicles: “Busel MKR”, “Burevestnik MK”, “Orel”, etc.
Among the developments of scientists from SSI “Physicotechnical Institute of the NAS of Belarus” are modern bulletproof vests, metal and ceramic armor plates, bulletproof shields, covers for military personnel and special forces fighters.
SSI "Institute of Genetics and Cytology of the NAS of Belarus" presented services for genetic identification of a person by DNA and complexes for genetic testing of military personnel and persons of other extreme professions at the exhibition: the "Strength and Endurance" complex - determining resistance to increased physical loads; the "Health" complex - determining genetic predisposition to diseases; the "Stress Resistance" complex - determining resistance to stress and psycho-emotional loads.
SSI “United Institute of Informatics Problems of the NAS of Belarus” demonstrates innovative defense developments at “MILEX-2025”. Among them: software and information complex for automated preparation of maps for publication (PIK IZDANIE-M); software and information complex for decision making support based on the analysis of operational and tactical properties of the terrain (GIS-VN-2M). A model of a mobile geographic information system, developed on the basis of the GIS-VN-2M complex, was presented at the exhibition of the UIIP of NAS of Belarus jointly with the Military Academy of the Republic of Belarus.
Among the exhibits of SPSE “Optics, Optoelectronics and Laser Technology” of the NAS of Belarus is a powerful photodiode module with an optical preamplifier, which is used in radar systems and electronic warfare systems.
The XII International Exhibition of Arms and Military Equipment "MILEX-2025" will be held from May 21 to 24, 2025 at the demonstration areas of Minsk International Exhibition Center BELEXPO (24 P. Medyolka St.)
