A meeting with delegations from Nanjing University and the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Education was held at the NAS of Belarus
A meeting was held at the Academy of Sciences between Deputy Chairman of the Presidium of the NAS Alexey Trukhanov and delegations from the Department of Education of Jiangsu Province and Nanjing University of China, led by Vice-Rector Zhou Zhihua.
During the meeting, the parties discussed prospects for expanding bilateral scientific and technical cooperation, as well as specific areas for joint research in ICT, the development of functional materials, and specialized technical solutions.
"Deepening the partnership between Belarusian and Chinese scientific and educational institutions will undoubtedly give new impetus to the development of our cooperation, and the implementation of joint research projects will consolidate our best practices and resources, accelerating the pace of innovation," emphasized Alexei Trukhanov.
He also noted that Belarusian and Chinese scientists, working together, are capable of solving the most ambitious challenges facing the scientific community.
