The 18th International Forum on Heat and Mass Transfer opened in Minsk

A major scientific forum dedicated to current issues of heat and mass transfer has opened in Belarusian capital. Over the course of several days, approximately 300 leading specialists from Belarus, Russia, Kazakhstan, Israel, and China will share their experiences and research results.

Opening the event, Deputy Chairman of the Presidium of the NAS of Belarus Sergei Shcherbakov emphasized the practical significance of the forum. According to him, the main goal of scientists is to identify and develop research areas that can bring tangible benefits to the country's economy.

"We must focus on cutting-edge scientific developments that not only follow the latest scientific trends but are also relevant to the national economy and supported at the management level," noted Sergei Shcherbakov. He cited the development of heat exchangers for critical facilities and research related to the space industry as examples of such promising areas.

The 18th International Forum on Heat and Mass Transfer, taking place from May 18 to 21, is a unique platform for sharing knowledge, discussing current issues, and finding new solutions in one of the key areas of science and technology.
