A meeting with a delegation from Chinese SINOMACH Digital Co., Ltd. was held at the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus
Deputy Chairman of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus Alexei Trukhanov held a working meeting today with a delegation from Chinese SINOMACH Digital Co., Ltd., led by Chairman of the Board Wang Yuhang.
The key topic of discussion was areas of cooperation in information technology.
The meeting participants focused on preparing a joint application for participation in an intergovernmental scientific and technical project between Belarus and China and the creation of a joint laboratory within the framework of the Belt and Road Initiative.
Alexey Trukhanov noted that this collaboration opens new horizons for joint research and innovative development. He expressed confidence that specialists from both countries will be able to effectively combine their efforts to address important challenges related to artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and the digital transformation of the industrial sector.
Following the meeting, the parties agreed on further steps to develop a detailed plan for cooperation and coordination of joint actions.
