The Presidential Decree №12рп of 18 January 2019 appointed scholarships for 2019 as provided by the Presidential Decree №398 of 6 September 2011 "On social support for students" and based on proposals from the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus issued for the annual open competition. 15 postgraduate students of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus are among the fellows.
