Vladimir Karanik: Belarusian women reflect not only timeless beauty but also the best qualities of our people

Belarusian women reflect not only timeless beauty but also the best qualities of our people: resilience, courage, spirituality, kindness, and creativity. This was announced today by Vladimir Karanik, Chairman of the Presidium of the NAS of Belarus, at the opening of the scientific and practical conference "Women's Contribution to the History of Minsk."

The head of the Academy of Sciences emphasized that today in Belarus, no profession is inaccessible to women – representatives of the fair sex are represented in all spheres of our lives and make a significant contribution to the development of society and the state, ensuring the country's sovereignty and national security.

"It's amazing that women are mastering all these complex professions, fulfilling their potential through motherhood and serving as traditional guardians of the home and family values, delighting us with their beauty and charm. I am confident that today's representative forum will significantly expand existing knowledge and reveal new facts about the role of women in the history of our city and our country," said Vladimir Karanik.

For participants and guests of the event, the exhibitions "Archaeological Minsk" and "Minsk and Minsk Women" are organized in the lounge.
