Alkaline activation of hydromica clays. pp. 8--11
Summary: Alkaline activation of natural and thermally treated hydromica clays of Belarus has been studied. Preference of alkaline treatment as compared with acidic one has been shown. It has been stated that thermotreayment of clays accompanied by destroing of structure of clay minerals enhance dispersion of clay particles and their solubility accordingly. Together with clay activation by sodium hydroxide an activation of clays by calcium hydroxide at a presence of sodium with following neutralization of a solution after activation by sulfur and phosphoric acids has been done. It has been shown that adsorption-structural parameters of samples subjected to alkaline activation at a presence of mineral salt exceed analogous parameters of samples activated by sodium hydroxide.

Summary: Process of clay flocculation in saturated salt solutions at a presence of polkyacrylamide and its oppositely charged co-polymers having different charge value of macro-molecules has been investigated. An effectiveness of polyacrylamide
flocculants and their mixtures depending on their nature (anionic, cationic, non-ionic), chemical composition and conformation of macromolecules in a salt solution as well as on a way of introducing of cationic and anionic. co-polymers into suspension and their ratio has been estimated.

Summary: An anion-exchange extraction of dodecylsulphate- and naphthalene- 1,5-disulphonate-ions by toluene solutions of mono- and bi-qaurter ammonium salts at a presence of solvation additions -- trifluoroacetylbezene derivatives has been investigated. Concentration constants of exchange, solvation constants and medium solvation numbers have been calculated.

Multisensor analysis of manycomponent water solution. pp. 22--26
Summary: Many ion-selective electrodes based on membranes of different classes of materials have been made for using in the multisensor system. Analysis of cross sensitivity to ions: Cu2+, Cd2+, Zn2+, Cl-, F-, NO3-, SO42-, Na+, K+ has been done for these electrodes and it has been evaluated possibility of using them in the multisensor system of an "electronic language" type. A multisensor system together with method of mathematical treatment of artificial neural networks for processing results of measurements can be used for determining: Cu2+, Cd2+, Zn2+, Cl-, F-, NO3-, K+ ions in model solutions with a relative error about 20 % and SO42-, Na+ -- with a relative error about 50 % in model solutions. It has been stated that determining of Zn2+ and SO42- ions is possible at the expense of cross sensitivity of sensors massif because of there are not ion-selective electrodes for these ions in this massif.

Lowest detection limit of zink-thiocyanate electrode: mechanism of appearance and ways of its decreasing. pp. 32--36
Summary: A novel zink-thiocyanate electrode based on highly lipofilic ion-exchanger has been developed As it was established lower limit of detection (LLD) of the electrode is determining by two factors: ion exchange processes resulting in evolution of Zn(SCN)42- ions into the near-electrode layer of the solution and interphase distribution of Zn(SCN)2 neutral complex.
Some approaches provided a decrease of LLD up to 7.5 10-7 mol/1 have been proposed.

Influence of particles size on reactivity and biochemical activity of hydroxyapatite. pp. 37--40
Summary: Nanocrystalline and crystalline hydroxyapatite (HA) powders were prepared by a chemical precipitation method. Obtained and tested nanocrystalline HA has a large number of advantages in comparison with crystalline, that he possesses chemical and biological activity, he is quick to insert into bone tissue and an effective stimulant of osteogenesis. Heightened chemical reactionary ability of nanocrystalline HA correlates with him heightened biological activity. Therefore, nanocrystalline HA is the most acceptable material for medical applications in the capacity of basis bioactive implants and drugs.

Kinetics of nucleation of camphor from alkohol solution. Crystallization by cooling. pp. 41--46
Summary: Kinetics of camphor crystallization from solution by a method of cooling has been investigated. The nucleation induction period as a function of the processing conditions has been determined. Time dependences of number of origin nuclei in a solution as well as times of sediment formation have been studied. The influence of different temperature regimes on the nucleation processes has been considered.

Electro-precipitation of copper onto Te. pp. 47--51
Summary: Conformities of cathode precipitation of copper onto Te at potentials more positive than equilibrium potential ECu2+/Cu0 (under-potential deposition -- UPD) have been considered. The formation of CuxTe was found to take place. This formation is due to chemical oxidation of adsorbed copper atoms by Te and to a diffusion of copper to a Te volume. The ratio of Cu and Te atoms in the film increases while the UPD process occurs (a steady-state Cu: Te ratio corresponds to the Cu2Te formation). Crystalline phase Cu2-xTe has been identified by X-ray diffraction. Microstructure and morphology of tellur surface do not undergo significant changes under converting it into copper tellurides.

Spectral-polarizing properties of polyvinyl alcohol film treated by azodye. pp. 52--55
Summary: The spectral-polarizing characteristics of uniaxially oriented polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) films with azodye -- 6-amino-4-hydroxy-3[4-(4-sulphophenylazo-2-methoxyphenylazo]-2-naphtalenesulphoacid (M1) prepared by two methods of dyeing (adding of M1 into an initial composition and treatment of PVA-films in dye solutions) and orientation (stretching on air and in solution) are discussed. It has been found that before laminating of a polarizing film with protective triacetate cellulose films it must be treated by boric acid and "oak" solutions. Such treatment increases a stability of film surface to hydro-philic glue and does not influence on spectral-polarizing characteristics.

Quantum chemistry investigation of intra- and intermolecular hydrogen bonds in hardly conjugated systems by the method ab initio. pp. 56--65
Summary: A new approach to estimation of contribution of H-bond itself and energy of p-electron resonance into a total stabilization energy of strongly conjugated molecular systems with intra- and intermolecular hydrogen bonds has been proposed. In order to reach this goal the structures of all isomeric enol forms of malonic aldehyde (MA), acetylacetone (AA) and dimers of MA composed from monomers according to the principle "similar-to-similar" have been calculated in the framework of calculation method ab initio at the MP4/6-311G(d, p)// MP2/6-31G(d, p) basis. It has been found that the intramolecular H-bond (IHB) energies in chelate cycles of cis-enol forms of MA and AA are equal to 6.2 and 8.9 kcal/mol respectively. It should be noted that a formation of IHB in mentioned enols is accompanied by reduction of energy of each system owing to re-distribution of p-electron density on 4.5 and 4.6 kcal/mol respectively. Such calculations have been carried out for MA dimers too.

Isochoric heat capacity of cyclohexyl acetate. pp. 66--69
Summary: Density of liquid cyclohexyl acetate in a temperature range 298--338 K and sound speed in it in a range 299--350K have been determined. Isochoric hes capacity has been calculated from these data and from the isobaric heat capasity. Method of calculation of isochoric heat capacity of liquids using their enthalpies of vaporization has been proposed.

Summary: The corresponding heterocyclic amides of 3,4,4-trichloro-3-butenoic acid have been obtained by an interaction of 3,4,4-trichloro-3-butenoyl chloride with 3,5-dimethylpyrazole, 5-methyl-3-phenylpyrazole, benztriazole and imidazole. Reaction of indole acylation proceeded on the C3 site of amine molecule.

Conjugated syntheses of L-thyroxine and L-tri-iodine-thyronyne. pp. 85--92
Summary: Four schemes of thyroid hormone synthesis, which are the most rational ones from a technological point of view and common for 3,3,5,5-tetraiodo-L-thyronine (thyroxine) and 3,3,5-triiodo-L-thyronine, have been studied. Two of them were proposed as bases for an industrial application. These schemes may include the stages of mono- or diiodination of 3,5-diiodo-L-thyronine or, alternatively, complete deiodination of the outer ring of thyroxine and its subsequent monoiodina-tion. L-thyroxine and L-triiodothyronine thus prepared were identical to native hormones by physico-chemical properties.

Cationic polymerization of styrene in the systems based on i-BuAlCl2. pp. 93--95
Summary: Cationic polymerization of styrene in the systems based on i-BuAlCl2 at -15 °C with various concentrations of dibutyl ether has been investigated. It has been shown that controlled polymerization of styrene takes place in the system 1-phenylethyl-chloride/i-BuAlCl2/0.5Bu2O. It has been stated that an application of excess of dibutyl ether to Lewis acid leads to side reactions.

Obtaining of chlorine-free water-soluble NPK fertilizers by conversion. pp. 96--101
Summary: This work is devoted to research of a conversion way of reception water-soluble NPK fertilizers without chlorine in its content on the basis of technical reagents — potassium chloride, extraction phosphoric acid or ammophos. The optimal technological conditions and mode of conducting process are established. The received product contains (%): 52--55 -- P2O5; 4.5--6.0 -- NH4+; 18--20 -- K2O+; 6--7 -- SO42-; no more than 0.05 -- F-; no more than 0.2--0.5 Cl-. The most rational method of salvaging of the fulfilled conversion solutions -- reception on their basis of the liquid suspended complex fertilizers is offered.

Influence of chemical and mineralogical composition of clays andfeldspar on properties of chemically durable ceramic materials. pp. 112--114
Summary: Results of investigations of dependence of chemical durability of ceramic samples on mineral and chemical composition of kaolin-hydromica clays have been givan. Feldspar influence on sintering processes and the phase composition of samples synthesized on a base of given clays has been established, and the criteria of oxide relations at which a maximal reagent resistance in relation to concentrated sulphuric acid and 30 % solution of NaOH are achieved.

Summary: Individual substances formed at a surface of a sorbent at its synthesis (urea phosphate, urea and dihydrophosphate of ammonia) have been determined. Interaction in a solution between urea salts of various acids and formaldehyde has been investigated by calorimetric method. It has been stated that polymethylene-carbamide is formed in the reaction.
