Gennady Mikhailovich LYCH (b. 25.02.1935, v. Mogilnoe, Uzda district, Minsk region), a scientist in the field of economics. The scientific works are devoted to the problems of increasing the economic efficiency of the agro-industrial complex and the entire national economy of the country. He studied issues of the economic efficiency of capital investments in agriculture, including in land reclamation, improving the mechanism of managing the agro-industrial complex. It studies the problems of economic sovereignty, interstate economic integration, international economic relations and the adaptation of the economy of the Republic of Belarus to the globalization of world economic relations, a transition economy, as well as the socio-economic problems of environmental safety and human development sustainability.
