ARTEMYEV Valentin Mikhailovich

Valentin Mikhailovich Artemyev (b. 15.05.1934, Moscow, Russia), a scientist in the field of technical sciences. Corresponding Member of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus (1989), Doctor of Engineering Sciences (1974), Professor (1976). Honored Worker of Science and Technology of the BSSR (1977).

Scientific works in the field of statistical dynamics of automatic control systems. He developed the theory of dynamic systems with random changes in structure and applied it to substantiate the principles of construction, analysis and design of control systems for aircraft and adaptive robots in the context of changes in environmental characteristics.

Author of about 100 scientific papers, incl. 8 monographs, 1 textbook, 13 inventions.

Awarded with the Order "For Service to the Motherland in the Armed Forces of the USSR" of the III degree (1978), medals.
