GANUSH Gennady Iosifovich

Gennady Iosifovich Ganush (b. 25.08.1938, v. Guta, Uzda district, Minsk region), an agronomist scientist. Corresponding Member of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus (2003), Corresponding Member of the Academy of Agrarian Sciences of the Republic of Belarus (1999-2002). Doctor of Economic Sciences (1998), Professor (2000).

Scientific works in the field of economics, organization and technology of cultivation of vegetable crops, vegetable seed production, inter-farm cooperation, integration and management. Under his leadership, the concept of vegetable production development in the Republic of Belarus, as well as the organizational and economic mechanism for the effective functioning of the entire vegetable subcomplex, was developed and put into practice. Develops issues of adaptive intensification and competitiveness of the agro-industrial complex, the use of scientific and innovative potential.

Author of more than 200 scientific papers, incl. 5 monographs.
