Research in the field of transplantation and surgery to establish patterns of occurrence and development of enteral insufficiency syndrome in case of necrotizing pancreatitis, intestinal obstruction, peritonitis and after liver transplantation, to develop devices and methods for correcting disorders in the small and large intestine in severe emergency surgical diseases of the abdominal cavity and after liver transplantation, the study of factors affecting the development of ischemic-reperfusion damage to organs during their transplantation ation, the development of prognostic criteria early graft dysfunction of liver and kidney, the creation of devices allowing Kholodova reduce organ damage during their preservation, study immunotolerance mechanism after organ transplantation. The author of the first in the Republic of Belarus liver transplantation operations from a living and deceased donor to adults and children (2008, 2010), a number of unique operations on the hepatopancreatobiliary zone, such as liver autotransplantation, resection of the main vessels of the liver and pancreas for tumors.
