Gennady Anatolyevich Anisovich (25.08.1932, Minsk – 06.12.2003), a scientist in the field of materials science. Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus (1984; corresponding member since 1972), Doctor of Engineering Sciences (1970), Professor (1981). Honored Worker of Science and Technology of the BSSR (1978).
Scientific research on thermophysical processes in the foundry. He developed questions of the theory of solidification of castings with special casting methods, established patterns in the field of thermal physics of the processes of solidification of metals and alloys in sand and metal molds and determined the main relationships between technological parameters with respect to casting processes. The features of the mechanism of formation of the structure and properties of cast products under conditions of directional solidification and controlled heat removal in various forms are studied. Developed advanced technological processes for the production of castings and blanks from ferrous and non-ferrous metals when casting in a metal mold with adjustable thermal parameters, casting by freezing, casting into a roll mold, with horizontal continuous casting.
Published more than 200 scientific papers, incl. 6 monographs. He has 155 copyright certificates for inventions.
State Prize of the BSSR in 1990 for research, development and implementation of efficient resource and metal-saving, environmentally friendly technological processes for producing high-quality castings in conditions of centralized production.
Awarded with the Order of the Red Banner of Labor (1981), "Badge of Honor", medals.
