In memory of the scientist :: KHARLAMOV Ivan Fedorovich

Ivan Fedorovich Kharlamov (30.06.1920, v. Sharpilovka, Gomel district – 12.04.2003), scientist in the field of pedagogy. Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus (1995), academician of the Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of the USSR (1990), Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences (1973), Professor (1974). Honored Scientist of the BSSR (1980). Member of the Great Patriotic War.

— Graduated from Gomel Pedagogical Institute (1952).
— In 1939-1940, 1945-1955 - Teacher, School Director, Head of Loyev district.
— In 1955-1969 - Senior Lecturer, Associate Professor, Vice-Rector, Head of the Department of the Gomel Pedagogical Institute.
— Since 1969 - Head of the Department of Gomel State University named after F. Skorina.

Scientific works on didactics, theory and methodology of education.

Published more than 200 scientific papers, incl. 22 books.

State Prize of the Republic of Belarus in 2000 for the work "Textbook "Pedagogy" in the Belarusian language for students of pedagogical higher educational institutions".

Awarded with the Order of the Red Banner of Labor (1980), World War of the II degree (1985), medals.
